No Refunds Policy

We do not issue refunds under any circumstances, except in the case of accidental purchases as outlined below.

Accidental Purchases

If you made an accidental purchase and have not used any balance after the purchase, you may be eligible for a refund. To qualify, you must contact our support team within 60 minutes of the purchase.

No Partial Refunds

We do not provide partial refunds. Refunds, if issued, will be for the full amount of the purchase.

If your refund request is approved, the refund may take up to 7 business days to process.

To request a refund for an accidental purchase, please reach out to our support team within 60 minutes of the purchase. Provide your transaction details and an explanation for the accidental purchase. Our team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.

"Private" Image Generation Model

We have introduced a new image generation model called "Private," utilizing the open-source Hugging Face model for testing and research purposes. This model allows users to generate images that are only visible to the user who generated them and are not accessible by other users of the App.

  • The "Private" image generation model is primarily intended for testing and research purposes.
  • Content generated by this model may include inappropriate or sensitive material.
  • Users are solely responsible for the content they generate using this model.
  • Roxy Studio does not endorse or guarantee the appropriateness or suitability of the generated content.
